1,649 Individuals Contribute to Roxanne’s Campaign
Campaign Attracts 31,000 Supporters Online
Raises More Than $600,000 in Seven Weeks 
 
 
Des Moines - Today, U.S. Senate candidate Roxanne Conlin released fundraising information as of December 31, 2009, the first partial quarter of her candidacy.  The campaign announced that 1,649 individuals, including 1,395 Iowans, have contributed to the effort.  Conlin raised $603,575.44 between November 2, 2009 and December 31, 2009 and signed on more than 31,000 online supporters during that short time period.  

"I am humbled to have received support from all across Iowa - from Burlington to Des Moines to Sioux City - people from all walks of life.  In just seven weeks, we have begun a grassroots campaign, with contributions from 1,395 Iowans - no special interest PACs or Washington lobbyists," said Roxanne Conlin. "I have taken my 'Fight to Fix It’ tour to thirty counties, meeting Iowans who share my belief that it's time to fight to fix the mess in  Washington.  It's time to end the bailouts for Wall Street and elect a new senator who will fight for jobs on Main Street."

$603,575.44

$502,832.84
